    recovery via hotmail not working

    ive tried do password recovery request for main account like 10 times and checked everything hotmail but message never shows up, it works fine on account on yahoo email address just not hotmail,

          Are you still having trouble recovering your password altogether, or did you recover it through Yahoo already?

              i went through all setting of hotmail and spam and such, it simply doesnt show up what so ever,
              and yahoo isnt what has issue

                  worth noting that this is not an isolated issue, as i had to get in touch with Kayla to help someone else out due to never seeing any sort of e-mail.

                  EDIT: also a hotmail e-mail as well
