    Single Release: Theme of Rashid

    Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/4t...i19hi19%29.zip

I got to try SFV this week. Was looking through the roster the first time, saw Rashid.
Thought he was a cool new addition to Street Fighter: smug Middle Eastern wind guy (with a scouter for some reason?)

    Then I heard his theme.
This song made me a Rashid main.
It's been stuck in my head for two days now and I love it.
I cannot wait to see someone make a sick play with this guy at EVO and have the whole crowd go nuts with "RASHIDO" chants.

    Anyway I stepped his theme.
Four charts in total. In total they took 4 hours to make including graphics, all done tonight after I got home from my trip.
Ratings are just guesses but should roughly correspond to Mina's system.

    Easy - (8)
Interesting contrast between swing and straight time patterns that you don't normally see in easy files.

    Standard - (13)
Will be a good introduction to polyrhythms if you haven't encountered them before.
Watch out for two simply patterned but fast 24th rolls in the middle.

    Heavy - (21)
Some cool technical roll and polyrhythm stuff but the hard part is four 258bpm streams.
Pretty big difficulty jump from standard.

    Oni - (28)
Heavy, but layered even harder and with 344bpm streams instead.
Pretty hard; should challenge even the top players, especially on low rates.

    Enjoy.

    #RASHIDO

p.s. this will definitely show up in a future pack too

Nuh uh, I know how to do his little hop backwards then do the spinny tornado kick and then spam stand forward and stand short and pretend I know how footsies and spacing work #RASHIDO

Then my buddy opens me up with Chun or Bison and shits all over me because he's a metasheep who only plays top tier but he's also tryhard as hell so he actually bothers to get good at them no im not salty why would you think that

In all seriousness though, I was considering sending this to VGMP but I felt its dumpy style didn't really work with that pack. I also considered sending it to Stepping Stones, but I wanted to include a really hard dump Oni chart so I went with a single release + adding it to an upcoming pack of my own instead.

I have a bunch of other stuff I can send to VGMP, don't worry. Just need to find time to finish them, maybe another inspired late-night stepping session
