    2016 March Madness Discussion Thread

    The committee has spoken. We have our field of 68. Yahoo Sports is giving us until the 17th at about noon EDT to get our picks in.

    Oh yes. It's that time of year again. Let's do it!

    (side note, Dunk City is a 16 this year and in the First Four to boot, so don't expect lightning to strike again)

      Damn I wanted to make the thread this year.

      Still need to fill out my bracket this year. Here's to hoping that Iowa State doesn't ruin my bracket in the first game of the tourney again.

          Me neither. I filled out a bracket last year for some silly chess site and got bodied. How the hell do you pick against an undefeated team?

          Is Yahoo okay for putting up your picks? Or do you have a preferred format for how to run a pool?

                                  I suppose we could just make our picks wherever, link them here and then discuss away?

                                  Trying something different this year...making two brackets. One's going to be super conservative, the other's going to be a bit more liberal with the upsets.

                                                          Dunk City looked like a team that could do the impossible and pull off the 1-16 upset. And to be fair, they've been there before with the 2-15. But I just don't think they can do it. North Carolina is just too good.
