hi i need some support been having problems with the website failing to load properly and the ffr game refuses to load was wondering if anyone could help me?
I have cleared my cache and cookies on all things that i can, all Internets and flash itself, I have tested the internet by testing on another PC on same connection and worked fine.
It happened right after the site and r^3 major updates so I'm not sure if there is something in my PC blocking me from getting connected and i have no idea how to find out
iv tried every browser i can to give you a better idea of what I'm experiencing
when i go to the site sometimes it will load and as i navigate around it will often say "the connection was reset"
this happens with all browsers, Firefox, google chrome, and Microsoft edge.
then if i try to load the game it will only ever load 5/6 max sometimes less and I tried on both browser and standalone.
If there is anyone who deals with the technical support and would like to email me to see if they can help i would be more then happy to talk with them since simply navigating to this page take many many refreshes due to "the connection was reset" issue i mentioned.
Another thing that happens is sometimes when i join in Profile chat or if the game ever does successfully load Firefox looses all responses, it still runs but nothing i click on will work unless i right click the icon at the bottom and close window
and this only seems to happen on this website any other website i go on has no issues.
