Puppet's is perfectly fine it's actually one of my fav files from DCP (but all of DCP's files are good and those who say the opposite can eat a bag of poorly cooked soupe au pistou)
cheers!! for puppetLast edited by ScylaX; 09-14-2015, 04:56 PM.Suimega is my present username!!! (b-but feel free to call me scylaax anyway) | https://suimega.bandcamp.com/Comment

iirc puppet said he didn't like his version, and cetaka's version goes offsync
I've thought about recharting it, maybe I'll do that after I work on some other stuffComment

if there were up to now a be-all-end-all starship.6 file it would be cetaka's, if it weren't so fucking hard. the pattern choice and careful scoring construction are impeccable, while still to a reasonable extent (for the ultra-competent player) capturing the feeling of the song. upon revisiting years later, my version was pretty darn good, even inspired in parts, but suffered from the same issues as many other 16-18 year-old Puppet files--overfondness of colored notes + climax theory, random rainbow difficulty spikes, too lazy to step the whole song, etc.
a better chart could surely be made. it's a fine song. question is whether making it even matter lol. choof, if you send me a skeleton chart I'd be happy to fuck around on it with you
Lain don't you play 3-finger or some nonsense shit that no one charts forLast edited by gnr61; 09-15-2015, 12:09 AM.squirrel--it's whats for dinner.Comment

cetaka's file is extremely awesome and so is puppet's
i prefer cetaka's more because it is the whole song and flows really niceComment

does "the entire community" equate to maybe 3 people that happens to dislike both versionsLast edited by Gundam-Dude; 09-15-2015, 10:51 AM.Comment
