if you're talking about secret levels, the ones you can play are based on how many credits you have. the more credits you have, the more levels you get. if you have -32 credits you wouldn't have any secrets songs open. the normal levels should work fine.
if everything, including songs outside of the secret genre don't work, then i'd contact synthlight

How can you end up with negative credits? You shouldn't be allowed to buy a song that costs more credits than you have and I don't think you'd be allowed to bet more than you have in a challenge match. Right? Well, I think NirvanaFreak0872 explained it -- if just secret levels are gone that's to be expected because they depend on how many credits you have. If nothing at all works, you should probably contact an admin.

linus is right. let's say you you have 550 credits. you feel like challenging someone, so you go to the challenge room and wager 100 credits. it doesn't acutally deduct the 100 from your account when you make the wager though. so now, if you wanted to, you could go to the FFR shop and buy a song for 500 credits and be left with only 50 credits. the next day, you found out you lost the challenge, and 100 credits have to be taken away from you. the problem is you now have 50, so if you take 100 away, you end up with -50, making it possible to get negative credits.
the next version of ffr should temporarily take away the credits from your account when you make a wager, and give only back two times the wager to your account if you win. that prevents the negative credit problem.
another scenario would be if you someone wagered you for 50, but you only had, say... 25 credits. the solution to this would just be give the winner 25 credits and ignore the other 25.
