These videos weren't recorded for the purposes of a form check so I apologize if they aren't shot from the best angle.

      Re: Form check thread

I'll try to remember to post around here a bit more.

@Shouka, for OHP, I'd just say start driving your head through sooner rather than later. I guess you didn't really do it at all, you kinda just pressed it like a standing incline. Keep your abs and glutes super tight and when the bar gets past your head, drive it through.

Starting position is a little wonky as well. For one you're suffering from broken wrist syndrome, and your elbows are way down/out. Bring them up and in. I recommend a false grip for OHP but it's definitely not a necessity.

And for the squat, the lift itsself looked alright, though I can't see your ankles or anything which is kinda a big deal, what I saw looked good, but the setup sucked. You have no tightness unracking the weight. Getting set up should be uncomfortable, and you should be a lot tighter than you are. Like I said the actual motion of the lift was good though. If you see at around 7-9 seconds in that you're wobbling and adjusting a bit, that's just trying to find tightness that you should've created sooner.

I forgot this thread even existed.

I'll try and chime in too if anyone has anymore form questions.
