    new workout playlist



    Holy hell this took me at least two hours to compile

    worth it though, to have a backup on YouTube of every song I like lifting to

    order of progression is:

    1. metal
    2. rap
    3. trap / glitch
    4. deathstep / dubstep
    5. industrial
    6. orchestral

    Metal and hip-hop are typically the two things I lift to the most.

    Kind of strange considering they're basically polar opposites. I feel like I set PR's to metal and get the best contraction out of hip-hop if that makes any sense. The mood of the music I'm listening to has a pretty big effect on the way I work out.
