You need serious practice... Or you can wait 'till R2 where I think you can change the Scroll Speed, which is basically the problem on that song (reading arrows). Otherwise, it's easy.
EDIT: Oops, sorry. I thought it was Silence. Runny Morning just have doubles that can be hard to see and hit.
