So I've seen a lot of threads about song batches asking for specific things, and people talking about submitting songs for specific months. How are you supposed when you're allowed to submit what? I can't really find a single place that says what the current requirements are or anything. Do I have to wait for a specific period to submit a song if it doesn't fall under any of the current batches? I've never done this before so I'm a bit lost. I have the file ready to go but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to submit it or what.

Game managers will post when the batch is open, what kind of files you can submit, SAPs, batch lists, etc.

Thanks, I read every sticky thread except for that one apparently -_- my bad. The only part I'm unsure of now is how to generate the .dwi file. The batch is open unless the thread title says otherwise. You can go ahead and submit now, if you'd like. If you submit by the end of June, it will be in May/June batch. If you submit between July 1st and August 30th, it would be in the July/August batch.
As far as DWI's: I personally don't care if you include them or not. The forced usage of the DWI format was because of an older converter. At least three of the four game managers use the newer one, which uses .sm files.Comment
