    Can we get rid of the caps filter?

    It's kind of annoying having to trick our way around it, and it's not like it hurts the core community

                      Guys, I think I finally figured out how to surpass the caps filter! All you have to do is press ctrl+r+o+f+l SEE, THE CAPS FILTER ISN'T WORKING!

                                      size 7 font in lowercase expresses anger just as well as size 4 font in caps
