Thank you for providing the website to fight back, but personally I would rather e-mail the National Security Agency directly. I don't know if I can trust a legislator or senator to convey my message to the N.S.A., so I'm going to e-mail them from their own website.
*edit* I sent the e-mail to the N.S.A. a few moments ago. This is the message I sent:
Dear National Security Agency,
I am an American citizen, and I believe that looking at our private e-mails and other online communications deprives us not only of our privacy, but also of our freedom. How can we truly be free when the average citizen's personal life is open to a wide group of people we have no control over? Please abstain from reading our private online communications.
