ys is very compatible with my composing fashion
        i'd like to contribute.

also kommi I like your track a lot but it feels very "basic" and "simple" score-wise. Like, some parts where you could have used an higher octave, or some parts that could have had a bit more variations, some things like that, it's like you made this to show off how Ys could render with LSDJ instead of making a totally finished track

Wait, so you can convert SNES songs to this?

Man, there's some music on the SNES I would love to hear rendition with this.

well I use the term "convert" loosely. it's still an arrange since I have to re-write everything from scratch on LSDJ. it's impossible to transcribe a .lsdsng to a midi file

well that was more or less the idea. i've barely tampered with 2x lsdj so there's probably a bunch i could do with this (incoming zagh saying no solo sucks bye)

i could add a bunch more commands to this as well for leads and the chords are a little flat. it's a very "traditional" arrange in the sense that I didn't particularly add my style to it and more or less made it similar to the original score.

but the harmonies are like none other on lsdj

I'd be down for this, but a huge problem with the Ys series is that most of the memorable tracks are already available in arranged form, and they're mostly incredibly good. Check out Ys Origins soundtrack, Oath in Felghana and the various JDK arrange discs.

Still, there's no good Ernst or Mighty Obstacle arranges around quite yet... :>

well touhou has 849023840932849023 covers for the same 5 songs, I don't think we'd be exempt from making our own take on them haha
