The file is really easy for me compared to the others it's surrounded by..
The patterns aren't tricky, the stream isn't dense and the jumps are easy to read.
Compared to a file like happy happy shining star![heavy] it's nowhere near close in difficulty and trickiness.
I also find the file comparably easier than gargoyle/chaoz japan
so maybe it should be even lower than 52, but that's up for discussion.
