How much are you saving for retirement?

19 years old. I put 25% of my paycheck ($250 a month) into a savings account for retirement purposes.

Have to get out of student debt before I can start saving properly.

Currently putting 100 dollars a month into an RRSP. My bonus at work this year is going to pay off my student loan. Then I'll be redirecting the money I was paying for my loan (150/month) into a savings account. That redirection plus my bonus NEXT year is a down payment on a house. Then that 150/month starts also going into an RRSP.

Hooray building equity!

21 years old. IRA, Roth IRA, Savings Account. All of which get fed by dividends at the moment. will post rates later.

Not necessarily. Did you account for the speed of the wheel rotation?

Have just a little over $1,000 that I try to spend as little of as possible, and my dad helps by paying for gas/groceries.

I'm going to put all of my retirement money, 30% of my pay and my tax return into a 50-50 split between mutual funds and a money market account

Figure when Im 60 I'll have nothing better to do but watch CNBC and gamble
