    met up with MikeShinoda in Taipei!

    so i've been in taiwan for about eight weeks and Steven (mikeshinoda) and i finally had a chance to meet up and hang out. it was the first time for both of us actually meeting another person from FFR, so that was pretty cool

    we went to an arcade i had been to before to play ddr among other things, and we were both absolutely terrible



    but this is without speedmods so this file is like.. 60bpm? it was painful

    we also tried out popn for a little bit.. we played with 5 buttons like losers



    ate dinner and just hung out afterwards, all in all it was super chill and awesome time hanging out with an FFRer! except neither of us could make decisions so we ended up walking around a lot. also we definitely took a self together #noregrets

      At meetups, group selfies (oxymoronic?) are essential. Also, 1x speedmodding Bag is just hilarious. It's a true test of your reading abilities.

      Meeting up in Taiwan, of all places... that's just neat.

          thanks haha! bag was definitely the most difficult thing i've tried, i promise i'm not actually that bad on pad!

          (the selfie may or may not have taken 4-5 takes....)

                      haha, but i'm sure you're better than we were! we tried to play a 20 and a 21 on challenge and it wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't that great :>

                      also there are so many awesome rhythm games to try here,

                      but the shining star of the arcade was an xbox that let you play the 2013 ddr that doesnt use a mat (!!!)

                          Ahh, makes me miss Taiwan, I studied at ShiDa for two months last summer. Meetups are cool too!

                                  oh dang it! let it be known, Steven said if something tastes good, he puts it in his mouth.

                                  steven also talked about how 60s are too boring and easy for him

                                  we also bonded over past addictions to neopets and runescape.. woops

                                              he and ice_lazer3 live here, don't know if there any others!

                                              but yeah, it was a blast -- ate my most expensive dinner in taiwan with him (about $6.66 hahaha)
