This is only for people under the age of 13 to use the site. Has nothing to do with people over 13.

I'm guessing it went over my head too, but maybe it's because I don't find outdated COPPA information funny. I've known about that for years and I didn't even laugh when I saw it now -- it really doesn't make for a good joke. It is quite possible that there were underage users that wanted to visit the site when it was at its most popular; hell, I was 12 when I started playing.

Obviously, this rule doesn't matter anymore since any user under the age of 13 is removed from the site automatically anyway.

Why does this thread exist in the first place considering that any user under the age of 13 is removed?

I highly doubt this was ever enforcable with any measure of effectiveness. You have kids lying their ages everywhere on websites these days, and quite often you won't even spot it, with the only saving grace being their potential immaturity.

But the site rules do need some...updating. In terms of removing outdated stuff.
