    help please D: (I really don't know where to put this)

    I have a Samsung Intensity 4 mobile phone and I've been trying to upload videos from my phone to my PC for hours and it won't work. It worked somehow yesterday but I have no idea what's going on I've looked all over the internet with no help at all. This is my last hope
    I bring my math homework to church. It helps me find a higher power.

      Step 1
      Connect your Samsung Intensity to your PC with a USB cable. A cable comes with the phone.


      Step 2
      Click "Settings and Tools," and then click "Tools."


      Step 3
      Click "USB Mass Storage" and enable the feature. Your PC will recognize the phone and display management options for the phone.


      Step 4
      Click "Start" on your PC, then click "Computer."


      Step 5
      Double-click the Intensity's icon under "Removable Devices" and open the "Videos" folder. The pictures currently saved to the phone's memory card will display.


      Step 6
      Open a computer folder to store the uploaded videos.


      Step 7
      Drag a picture from the Intensity's folder to the computer folder. Release the video in the folder to upload it to the computer. A dialog window will appear to show the progress of the upload. Continue to drag and release the videos until all of the videos are uploaded. Disconnect the phone from the computer when finished.

              Hmm..maybe the videos need to be in a different folder on your phone? I have no idea man, sorry. Not too Verizon privy.

                  when I connected my phone to my PC last night an E: showed up that had the videos in it and I could upload them just fine but now it isn't appearing anymore.

                      If your phone appears at all, just go through everything. Took me like 20 minutes to find my shit on my phone. -_-

                                      Your phone files should at least come up. Something's not working right. Try to restart both the comp and phone maybe?

                                          I did. And I tried every single usb port in my computer too. The E: that the files were showing up in yesterday shows up once in a blue moon but it doesn't have anything in it anymore.
