I've known about 3six for a while (I own Hypersona on vinyl, and Hypersona/Lithea/Hollow on CD), and I've shown this artist to a couple of people on Skype. If you think drone music is boring, I highly recommend you listen to some of 3six's stuff. It's dense, it's insanely progressive for drone, and it's absolutely wonderful.
If you are a fan of Helios' lighter stuff or Hammock, you will enjoy this. Even if you don't listen to ambient/drone music, you will enjoy this.
