Yeah basically I screwed up and blocked a profile I don't want blocked. Can't find it anywhere. It's not Edit Ignore List that seems to be for PMs and such but not profiles. They're actually my Friend/Contact for the forums/PMing but not on my profile.

On your friend list, click "Manage". You should see your friend list, a section of friend requests (if any), and also a section with blocked users. Click "Unblock" on the user you want to...well, unblock. I hope that's the solution you've been looking for. -
