[Sorry this post is kind of out of order, Just wanted to get all the info in one post.]
Tournament starts at 3pm EST today and will go until it's over - but we've got the stream up already.
Entrants:
Archi/Ian
Krushrpants/Bryan
Rawinput/Mike
Zetorux/Phil
Captain Black/Rich
Steve Reen/STEVEREEEEEEN
Day 1 (Today) - everyone will play one song and the scores they get will be ranked to determine placement. On Day 2 (Sunday), the tournament is gauntlet-style, much like Bearpocalypse was. Each entrant will play six songs I've pre-determined, with a maximum of three-minutes for break in between each. At the end, the players will be ranked according to their cumulative score on the songs.
On both days, each player will have 20 minutes to warm-up. Bracketing/mashing/etc. is not allowed; if you start to bracket, you're done with that song, and the score you get after you walk-off and fail is what will be recorded. Use your common sense here; I'm not going to split hairs over one-footing a jump or bracketing some 8ths, but mashing through streams is not okay.
Everyone will be playing the Pendulum: Hold Your Colour marathon, which consists of every song from the Hold Your Colour album, back to back, in album order. They are as follows:
(16) Slam
(15) Plasticworld
(11) Fasten Your Seatbelt
(11) Through The Loop
(15) Sounds Of Life
(15) Girl In The Fire
(15) Tarantula
(11) Out Here
(15) Hold Your Colour
(14) The Terminal
(15) Streamline
(16) Another Planet
(16) Still Grey
On day two, the songs are as follows:
(16) Gate Openerz
(17) -273.15
(17) One More Lovely After Hours
(17) Testament of Will
(17) Magic Cycles
(17) Moonearth

He did beat me! But double the ex count and ~40 less misses. Guess I was conserving a little too much, oh well. NEVER PLAYING THIS AGAIN EVER.
