It's Luffy from One Piece. (I'm reading the manga at work right now)

I used to play stepmania, and I just downloaded it again, so i've been looking for the songs I used to play. But one I remember playing a lot of the DDR and ITG mega packs that were stepped for SM back then. In fact, if anyone knows any really good packs please let me know!

As for moving, as I live in the continental U.S., I have definately considered it. I'm not sure where to exactly, but theres so much of Europe i'd really like to see, then I could make a more educated decision on what continent i'd move to.
