Yeah, to me it looks like it's not recognizing the actual checksum or whatever it is that are on discs back whenever those were the norm.
Though it does see the actual game files as that is what's playing, lol. Is that CD scratched or is it region locked I wonder?

This is a sega saturn cd, not some britney spears record ya dunce so theres a lotta data n shiet on the first track.
If u try to listen to this cd in a record player its gonna explode ur ears and ur player and it seems likely ur gonna do that because ur stupid.

skies of arcadia for dc has a vocal track where the main characters say stuff about not playing the game in a normal cd player (I know exactly what they say rofl, I've played SoA waaaay too much)
another fun fact about SoA, there was going to be full vocal work for the game but that got scrapped after realizing how much content there was
going off that, I'm thinking that your saturn isn't reading the disc properly. try cleaning either the disc or the lens itself.
