Mentioned this in staff chat to see what sort of response it gets and/or the difficulty of doing this. (I wouldn't imagine it would be very difficult at all tho ;D)

This really annoys me.

Edit: Also annoying to be automatically scrolled to the newest post. More often than not I have more than the newest post to read, I'd rather scroll down towards the end of a page than be put there automatically 100% of the time.

this. idk how hard it would be to make scrolling to newest post an option, but it would be fantastic. just sayin.
