    Closure

"Not quite sure what state of mind I was in when I wrote this... but I finished it earlier today... pretty interesting piece to say to the least.
The melodies + atmosphere I produced make me feel melancholic, which is my favorite state induced by music, personally."

Ending is perhaps a bit abrupt but hey... that's how I roll.

PS: Hope you like the sound design and mixing, I THINK I have perfected it for having colored headphones and a built-in soundcard,
although I do hear a bit of static in the melody later on, but I have no idea what is causing this. (assuming it's the VST itself)

Didn't enjoy it, guys? Not used to not getting commented upon. (even if it may be "negative")

If you guys didn't like it, I'd enjoy some criticism on what you didn't like

Comments do help me to see what I am doing right or not in the eyes of others at least. (oddly enough, I REALLY like the way this one sounds xD)

I think some of the instrument choice is bad but the song is good ignoring that

        Re: Closure

I found the drum loop a little irritating haha. The background synth at the start is the exact chord progression of the bowser stages in mario 64 haha (unless that was intentional oups). The instrumentation is the issue here I guess. I think this would be great with other sounds.

definitely agree. considering the track is really chill, that really sharp saw pad or whatever it is stands out and breaks everything imho

nothing really wrong with the composition or mixing from what I can tell, but it's absolutely not my cup of tea. but if this is exactly what you were going for, this isn't really valid criticism imo. oh well
