Hey my musical fellas,
after watching siglemic stream SM64 for a quite a bit every day I have come to proposal that might spur some activity in the (relatively) barren lands of the Musician Jungle Gym. (alright it's not really barren but I needed a pseudo-dramatic opening line)
After the relative success of Omnicore [http://puu.sh/Wnah] I propose we should produce another compilation of music but this time with a theme of Super Mario.
I think I've proven capable of being the organizer of such an event with the last compilation but if anyone has any sweet ideas I'm all ears.
Basic rules:
- Needs to arrange a tune from a Super Mario Game. Basically anything with Mario in it is game... this includes all and any Mario Sports spin offs, the platformers, RPGs and more.
- Send your completed remix to CBRSound@gmail.com AS A .WAV FILE (super important)
- Once the submissions are closed, CBRCD-002, pending album name, will be released for free on bandcamp.
- No time limit, probably 2 songs max per individual... looking at 10 to 15 tunes.
Thoughts, suggestions, and feelings about this, guys?
Hope this takes off as well as the last compilation!
