Reminds me a lot of Diddy Kong Racing, so Wise is probably a noteworthy influence. Either way, I'm not sure I'd call this "ripping off" as opposed to being heavily inspired, and you certainly could've picked someone worse than Wise to imitate. Whatever the case is, this sounds great, and it's rather difficult to write retro-sounding game music without having it be reminiscent of any composer of that era so you really shouldn't let that bother you.
