CIA Rave FC Credit Broken?
I have FC'd CIA Rave twice now and it does not give a star next to the song saying I FC'd it. Is it broken or am I missing something?

You have to refresh the page for the FC/AAA icon to show up next to the song in question.
Alternately, if you don't think that your score recorded to your level ranks, upload a screenshot of your score along with the necessary data to the Unrecorded Scores Form and the admins will get around to it.

I refreshed it twice, I reloaded the game, and cleared my cache. It does not seem to be updating at all.

Ah, there's your trouble.
Since that total doesn't beat your recorded best, it doesn't count. If the previous score was a non-FC then that's what it shows up as: a non-FC.

That doesn't make any sense! lol. A FC should be a FC whether or not my score was better or worse. I hit all the arrows. Also, how would I get a better score without FCing it? Is that even possible?

Absolutely.
See, your score is definitely an FC, but somehow you missed near the end with better PA. I'll give you a classic example.
On CIA Rave, an FC is 1060 combo.
Your score was 978-82-0-0-4, 1060 combo. Not bad at all. Your total was 1,620,370 after combo scoring takes effect.
Now let's say you went ahead and got all perfects, except for one note, a missflag. Now, this happened on the final note, so your score would be 1059-0-0-1-0, 1059 combo. Taking combo scoring into effect, your score becomes 1,641,140.
1,641,140 is obviously a higher total than 1,620,370, so it overwrites the full combo and takes away FC credit. It's stupid, I know, but that's just the way the engine works.
Also, your best score is not an FC. Your max combo there is only 1055, and an FC is 1060. You missed two notes around the edges of the file.Comment

Um, I actually AM looking at the screenshot you uploaded. Your score is 1035-23-0-2-0. Your max combo was only 1055 and a full combo on CIA Rave is 1060. That '2' is how many misses you have. If it was an FC your score wouldn't have any misses in it.Comment

It's really one of these moments I know one of my mashed scores will be upped by one with one miss or so, lol.
But yeah, it's not really a bug, it's just how the game sees and records.

The screenshot with the 2 misses is a better score because you missed in the last like, 5 notes, therefore combo scoring doesnt really matter because you almost combo'd the entire song. But since the Non full combo run had a far superior perfect-> good ratio, that score is what counts on your level ranks, not the full combo.
