I shed a tear
"[...]we now confirm that, just as we speculated, Criterion are indeed working on a reboot for Need for Speed: Most Wanted."
I sincerely hope this won't end up like every Need For Speed that has been released after NFS Carbon. I'm still a big Need For Speed fan and if it turns out to be another remake of stuff like Shift and The Run, I'm not only gonna be mad, but also think nothing similiar to the previous MW or Underground 2 will be made.
All this game needs are good cars, a great and well-thought out tuning system, graphics just like in Hot Pursuit (which I expect since we're talking about Criterion here), a big world like in MW and U2 and of course the good old cop chasing stuff.
Apparently a trailer will be released soon for this. Everything depends on it... and the E3.
(inb4 it's another poop-off or just a simple remake of the old MW with HD graphics (which would still be better than The Run etc.))
