This seems awfully hard for a 7 to me. It starts off with hands, then there are a lot of jumps-interlaced-with-single-steps patterns (Is this what you call a jumpglut?). You get hands every now and then, and there is another jumps-interlaced-with-single-steps part but with more jump-then-hit-only-one-of-the-two-jump-arrows-next then-next-jump-incorporates-the-other that'll mess with your PA.
It does have lots of empty space and some easy sections which might make it seem easier, but the interlacing and the hands, to me, constitutes an 8.
