After seeing the Pokemon Battle Royale, I noticed that it stopped at Mew. Of course the exhibit probably couldn't hold all 600+ Pokemon, but it did leave out a whole lot of them. So it inspired me to give this image a go.
The idea is simple, I wanted to draw a Pokemon I liked, but with a limitation. The limitation in question was that I could only use circles to draw and remove anything (I did use some patterns as an overlay for an added effect though). Still cute as a button.
PS. Please don't derail the thread into a "RBY are the only pokemon games" argument.
