[Drum & Bass] Facing The Past

"A song very reminiscent of my first works ever. (Bongos, Breaks, Acid Bassline and Vocal Samples) I decided to look back at my roots and use the skills that I have acquired in the past few years to create a song that is as if I had created it in the past but with much more finesse. (Mixing, Mastering, Chord Progression, Melodies etc) I am intending to release an EP with older songs of mine, in the style of this song, but with all the tracks being remixed, remastered and re-edited, this being the first song."

Don't know if this even classifies as DnB or if this is Jungle / Oldschool. Enjoy, regardless, you haven't heard this side of me yet.

PS: This reminds me of Bomberman Hero for some reason

These pads are pure SEX to listen to <3 I just love their vibes.
(also where does that j-core-ish saw come from ? I'm interested)
In fact I think this saw kills a bit the sonorical vibes but the rest is totally good
Suimega is my present username!!! (b-but feel free to call me scylaax anyway) | https://suimega.bandcamp.com/

The j-coreish saw is an acid bassline as heard in oldschool dnb / jungle.
Decided it fit the vibe but I know what you mean about it being somewhat non-sonorous.
      Glad you liked it

Very awesome pads indeed! For some reason, I almost want the track to gain speed over time since you said bomberman. I always loved the tension of not having any more obstacles to protect me lol

this is crassy as ****. definitely doesn't sound like dnb to me but then again I kinda suck with identifying all these weirdo electronic genres >_>
