Mouse over the lifebar on one of your score results, and you should get an average early/late number. Add/subtract the two together. Go to your skin folder and adjust the HitPosition value of #k.ini (# being the keymode). If you're hitting early, lower the value by the sum/difference of your average early/late hits, raise it if hitting late
