the touhou pannel was nice the first two years but the next 3 were swamped as FUCK. we legit need to be there 2 hours in advance

Basically what it was for the most part.

Anyways, I'm doing (hopefully) 2 panels this year. The usual 2hu panel (we requested 2 hours because now it's an option...as well as a bigger room) and now the Kantai Collection Panel because we be shipgurl waifus now.

Probably DDR room on Saturday around 5 oclock or something silly like that like last year. Then dinner planned appropriately by one of the more organized female's (because you know men can't do this shit.) Followed by party shannigans (probably hosted by your bboy kommistar) and by the time thats all over it will be sleeping time.

Only a certain amount of people have talked about their own plans for the weekend (without mentioning time). I suppose now would be a good time to discuss the time to do these things. From what I've gathered so far:

Thursday May 22 - picking up badges before 9 pm at the Toronto Congress Centre. Hell, the meetup can technically start there if we all pick up our badges at the same time.

Friday May 23 - xThai mentioned eating at Smoke's Poutinerie. I think a good amount of people are going to that but no time has been set for it.

Saturday May 24 - DDR room meetup usually starts at 5-6pm or even earlier depending on when people feel like going. Laptop + keyboard might be set up for those who just feel like hitting arrows. I don't think anyone's mentioned having a huge dinner for Saturday (unless I missed several posts mentioning it in earlier pages) but there most likely will be. At the end of the day, lots of alcohol at an unknown location, most likely at one of our hotel rooms.

Sunday May 25 - Chill day for the most part. There's been plans to go to Canada's Wonderland ($40 admission) and a few people agreed to this plan. I'm not sure if anyone else had any other plans for this day.

Someone please get back to me on this to add and/or change things. Thanks.

Thursday- A good portion of us won't be there because we did group admission with Gundam-Dude so he is pretty much picking up the badges for us.
Friday- The whole Smoke's thing is pretty much thai's idea of who he was picking up from the airport. So me, James, Lurker, and whomever else can manage to fit in a car and drive around by 11 (I think that is when Lurker show's up)
Saturday- Eating is probably an hour or two after the DDR room
Sunday- no complaints.

i'll be flying in that thursday evening a bit after 9. if anyone has various paraphernalia they would like to share hmu and we can chill that evening. i'll be checking in then as well

if you plan to bring alcohol, and are flying from the us, remember you can check in 5 liters.

i'll be in around 10-11am on friday with the rest of the NB crew, so probably won't have time/room to go to smokes with you guys

Lurker comes in by 11 around the same time you do if anything. So if you are somehow able to squash in with us or even have a rent a car then I wouldnt see a problem with it
