    Just thought I'd upload my second meal of the day, which is my last meal of the day today. Just to give you guys an idea of what I eat.



    1. 6oz Chicken breast with Ms Dash and Bullseye BBQ sauce
    2. 3 Layered PB Sammich
    3. 100g Tostitos
    4. Gemma Pea Protein isolate with vitamin complex, mixed with chocolate almond milk
    5. Strawberries
    6. Pickles
    7. Water

    This is a pretty balanced meal. This will probably take me 2 hours to eat. Not exaggerating.

            I love my post workout meals.

            1 can of tuna, 2 slices of whole grain bread, 1 cup brown rice or quinoa, 6 oz chicken breast, and some broccoli. Soooo good. Have to eat it fast though, otherwise I won't be able to finish it.

              I hate eating Kmay, that's why it takes me so long. Like I said, I'm seldom hungry. I force feed myself.

                    I can't deadlift because of my lower back's condition, but last I checked, my 1 rep max was 330lbs at 147lbs.

                    My Squats were at 225 for work sets of 5 when I was 140lbs, and currently I do front squats which are at about 185lbs for sets of 5 at 150lbs.

                    Bench hit 200lbs for 3 reps last week, so I'd estimate my 1 rep max is around 210lbs at 150lbs.

                    I'm up to ~209-211 lbs now. Helped out at a local church festival yesterday and today, so ate a chitload of burgers, hotdogs, pulled pork, doughboys, cakes, and other sweets. Going to have a BBQ/drinks tomorrow, so 3 days total of pretty much #yolo dieting lulz

                    Back on the grind starting Monday. Might have a lil' mini-cut once my brothers go back to university. Miss dem shreds

                                Dunno if it's just the relaxed pose but pretty much everything overshadows your lats so fucking hard. I would definitely improve them next bulk unless it's a bad pic.

                                Your obliques and your abs are ridiculous.


                                I have kind of the opposite problem. I have bat wing lats but almost no obliques. This gives me a ridiculous chest to waist ratio (like 44 to 29 right now) but it makes my abs look really weak IMO so I've added some weighted oblique exercises to this bulk, plus some weighted ab stuff and of course I started deadlifting a few months ago which I hope will help.
