Well, whatever you think is most beneficial to you personally, go for it duder.

On an unrelated note, something in my diet is making me incredibly bloated to the point of incredible pain and discomfort. Pretty sure it's my vegan protein (which I only use because I'm lactose intolerant), and that would be bad. Bad because I hate fish and I like chicken.

Here's what my diet pretty well consists of:

    Bread
    Peanut Butter
    Almonds
    Almond Milk
    Pea Protein Isolate
    Brown Rice
    Chicken Breast
    Red Meat
    Potatoes
    Fruits
    Vitamin D and Omega-3

Thoughts? Anyone have any idea what it could be? I personally don't think I can eat much cleaner, to be honest with you.

    EDIT: Not gluten intolerant.

Thinking it may be the almond milk. Cereal this morning caused bloating and pain. Will try eliminating that for a bit and see what happens.

I'd be a hypocrite if I was okay with brain enhancement but not bodily enhancement. steroids strike me as human augmentation, a la transhumanism / Deus Ex HR; the muscular version of what we've been trying to do with our brains for decades. it seems arbitrary to reject one but not the other.

the main reason I am natural is because I don't know where I'd find a source who wouldn't sell me donkey urine in a vial or something, there is no quality control
If you really wanted to, I'm sure you could ask one of the *obviously* roided out, cloud-looking bros at the gym for some gear.

@SCWolf - for one year, you're looking awesome! You've obviously got your diet in check, which is like 80% of the battle, so keep up the good work! You'll look insane by the end of the second year, I'm sure

There's a vitamin complex in my protein. Not sure if serious about the cereal.

To be honest I'm pretty sure the reason behind my stomach and digestive problems as a whole derives from my years on accutane. Had blood work and an ultrasound done recently, so I'll find out soon.

try mixing them with stuff! I like them the best with curry or with brown rice and spices.. just seems not healthy to have so little veggies.

Why would it matter if he meets his macros and micros?

The major difference between vegetables and fruit is the carbohydrate content is primarily fiber in vegetables with less sugar, and primarily sugar in fruit with less fiber. That and they tend to have higher densities of particular vitamins and antioxidants.

If he's getting enough fiber in his diet and taking vitamin supplements it shouldn't matter at all if he isn't eating vegetables. I'd be willing to bet you could live healthy and just fine with 0 vegetable intake if you get your fiber elsewhere.

A major advantage of eating vegetables that people don't usually think about is what is NOT in them. That is, they're low in the trifecta of death for modern america: Sodium, Trans fats (0), Cholesterol (0).

So people that eat more vegetables live longer. No surprises there. They're eating less of those evils. They're also almost calorie free for their satiety, so vegetable eaters are thinner.

He avoids these things in general though. I'd be willing to bet a lot of money his markers of health are great, e.g. blood pressure, resting heart rate, triglycerides, organ enzymes etc.

                          Jesus, that's crazy.

I'm still working on deadlifting. I only do about 1 set a week right now and have only been doing them for 2ish months. I do a lot of other crap for back (about 10-12 sets) so I don't feel I really need them, but I'm trying.

                          I'm up to 325x5. It's getting there.

I also switched to high bar ATG squats (hams hit calves) with no bounce out of the hole, instead of low bar parallels. I'm getting way more quad/TEAR action. Love it.

Ego took a hit though. I was squatting 355x8 but now I'm squatting 255x8 haha. FUCK IT though, I'll work my way back up.

I could, we'll see. I'm a pretty lazy person when it comes to cooking. If I can find wild rice with vegetables in bulk I'll be sure to give it a try. Besides that, the few times a week I eat them should easily suffice.

Your results in the gym are highly dependent on hitting your protein, carbohydrate, fat and calorie targets. You can obviously grow without tracking carbs and fats, but only for so long before you need to assess your diet and/or strength progression to push through a plateau. Vegetables are wasted money to me in a sense that I'm paying for virtually no calories, and that I don't need them to hit my macros.

In case you didn't know, I am seldom hungry beyond once a day. Appetite is not my strong point.

As for the ultrasound results and blood work, I'm in above-average condition. Everything is where it should be and better. The doctor is thinking that what hit me so suddenly is viral, and because I'm so used to be sick from a year of drinking gallons of milk a week and being lactose intolerant, it's hard for me to distinguish sickness from dietary problems. If it persists over the next few weeks, I'll be checked for a number of other things (Crohns, Ulcerative Colitis, etc.). Hoping it doesn't come to that.

That's strong. How much do you weigh? Sorry if I missed it in previous pages.

I can't deadlift because of my lower back's condition, but last I checked, my 1 rep max was 330lbs at 147lbs.

My Squats were at 225 for work sets of 5 when I was 140lbs, and currently I do front squats which are at about 185lbs for sets of 5 at 150lbs.

Bench hit 200lbs for 3 reps last week, so I'd estimate my 1 rep max is around 210lbs at 150lbs.

That's a really solid deadlift for not training the exercise that much. Your bench is also fucked iirc. Stupid-strong bench.

From everything I've read, that's actually a really terrible way to go about it.

A lot of people, surprisingly, order their shit online. This is because the government rarely seizes things (only about 5% of the time) and when they do, they apparently don't care that much. The only time you'd have to worry is if someone asked you for a signature, and in that case you'd better not sign anything because you're providing written evidence for an illegal substance. (I suspect law enforcement goes lightly on this because many of their own are on steroids, but hey, that's speculation.)

It seems way cheaper, though, to just order the powders/materials and make the shit yourself. You can do this for all of the major ones (testosterone enanthate, testosterone propionate, trenbolone acetate) except clenbuterol, which still requires a source. The question there is where to order the powders, about which I have honestly no idea.

But jesus christ, there is no ripped like tren/clen ripped. I think that even if I had maxed out my muscular potential naturally, I'd still be tempted to do a tren/clen cut because you look amazing. citation: jeff seid.

                              ---

side note: made a ton of (natural) gains today. I've definitely exceeded where I was before I started my cut.
