        I think the last time I was sick enough to have to cancel things/not go out for others' sake (so basically not counting seasonal allergies) was about 6 years ago

            I don't remember the last time I was so sick I couldn't go out.

            Sometimes I wake up with a stuffy nose but it goes away in like an hour does that count?

                            last year my allergies were bad and the symptoms seemed like a cold but were just allergies. i usually get strep once a year and that's about it for illnesses.

                                Get a cold about once every 2-3 years. Haven't had a flu or fever in around 5 years.

                                    Once or twice a year, give or take. Can't really tell them apart from seasonal allergies sometimes.
