Thing is, I didn't have too much trouble breathing, but I couldn't hear after my second rep of jogging for a few minutes,
and my vision became intensely saturated.

I also became extremely nauseated and that was really the worst part of my little episode because of the pain, but this happens almost everytime I overdo a physical activity.

I also drank a good amount of water, but I still feel that this was a type of heat flash; just this time it was nearly unbearable.

I'm still doing some research but if yall' have any information on this it would be helpful
Do low intensity steady state cardio. Pace yourself. Try a brisk, inclined walk first. Build up to more intense cardio. If your main focus with cardio is just burning calories, LISS should suffice realistically.

Man I feel so behind in cardio..
I honestly jogged for no more than 2 minutes and then that happened
and even then I was trying to do low intensity but now I gotta take it even slower.

My main intention was just to not get tired so easily

eh, this might sound bad but I am indifferent

I'd be a hypocrite if I was okay with brain enhancement but not bodily enhancement. steroids strike me as human augmentation, a la transhumanism / Deus Ex HR; the muscular version of what we've been trying to do with our brains for decades. it seems arbitrary to reject one but not the other.

the main reason I am natural is because I don't know where I'd find a source who wouldn't sell me donkey urine in a vial or something, there is no quality control

Reach: the very popular, now out-of-date genetic roulette is a starting point that I figure you'd have already encountered if you've read anything about this. Not too hard to find a bazillion for and against using that as a starting point. I don't have specific links, as when I was reading about it I didn't make a folder and bookmark them.
It's not a scientific source, and I ask for links because I took a lot of biochemistry in university and basically two classes in GMOs, one that was only on GMOs and I've had to dig through a lot of research on the subject.

And there is very little research that points to generalized, harmful effects of GMOs.

Quite the opposite. If anything, there is a long history of GMOs that were found to be incredibly safe and if anything superior to their on shelf counterparts (e.g. a more famous example, purple tomatoes, infused with antioxidants and engineered to last longer, but were taken off the shelfs in most places. There appears as if there might be a resurgence, but hey) that were either removed or didn't sell for various reasons.

And then you have absurd cases like the GM rice that was infused with vitamins, denied to many countries that needed it despite no evidence of it being unsafe.

The credibility of the effectiveness of these mind enhancing drugs is up to what you find to be adequate enough research done on behalf of these products, but I stand by them completely every single one.

Also I'm getting myself a 25 dollar pull up bar to get my work out on because that's all I need for what I'm trying to do. Watch out ladies.

                    Different.

Steroids make you bigger, stronger and/or faster depending on what drugs you're using and how much you're taking. Steroids also come with a plethora of side effects which can include physiological and mental instabilities. The safest way to take steroids would technically be to cruise on them. Coming off of them can be incredibly harmful. Not to mention they're illegal.

Cybernetic augmentation is meant to be a physiological and/or mental implementation that is meant to only improve, with little to no side effects. In a perfect world of course.

As always, you have to assess your personal goals. What are you in it for, and why?

Like a professionally certified body modification specialist once said "You do only have one life, and it's best to take every chance you get to try something new, but be cautious of the one-way streets."

                      Re: The Fitness Thread

Everything I've read would suggest the side effects are only worth bothering about if you have a heart condition or high bloodpressure, which I don't; every other side effect is temporary, contingent on use of the drug. I've researched this, a little bit -- the side effects of coming off of it are mitigated by "PCT" or post-cycle therapy, which typically includes an anti-estrogen and an aromatase inhibitor.

The illegality doesn't bother me. Come on now -- the FFR community is a hub for the Stepmania sim community, which would not exist without piracy and is arguably founded on it. Anyone here who is scared of illegality categorically is living a serious contradiction.

If I took them, my motivation would be the same as my motivation for lifting natty -- the results.

But like I said, my biggest concern is that I have no way of knowing if what I'm getting is good. Fake tren, for example, is extremely common. I'd hate to inject scam substances into my system and waste money to boot.

@frank, don't worry about how long it takes to get tired. set small goals for periods of time first (run a half a mile, run a mile, run for 15 minutes, etc). you can stop during the run, but don't quit. i struggled with half miles when i started and would get the same cramps within very short amounts of time, it's a combination of bad dieting and being out of shape (more so out of shape), your body adjusts over time

the biggest running advice anyone can ever give is "shut up and run!"

The fact that you can lift and exercise to acquire both optimal health and physical well-being without drugs automatically wins in my opinion. Unless you're making a lifestyle about it, there's not much reason to put your body and wallet through the drugs and post-drugs side effects. I also only have to pay for my gym membership, whereas others would spend money on their drugs just to "look" good. Now, again, people who are making a living and a lifestyle in sports, go for it. For the average recreational lifter looking to gain good health and an attractive physique, it can be done without drugs.

I've been lifting for only one year with quite a few setbacks and I can honestly say that I look pretty good. I still have years to attain my natural physical potential muscularly speaking.

yeah, I saw your pics before Chris. don't get me wrong, you have done some amazing work and I respect it a ton.

you can do everything I'd like to do naturally, sure, and for the moment I'm doing it natty anyway -- in fact, as I'm writing this I just got back after making some gains -- but, like I said, I'm just indifferent to how I get there. if I could save 1,000+ gym hours by using PEDs without affecting my health (which should be possible), I would.
