    Re: The Fitness Thread

Here is one of my sources, really surprised no one found this documentary. Although searches are a lot easier when one actually takes the time to care. If you suggest this a propaganda film than you are clearly mistaken!

P.S. Do a search on lactic acid, coconut oil is great because it contains tons of natural fats & is 40% lactic acid, really boosts your energy/health. I now prefer it over butter now although that is hard to believe because I felt addicted recently until coconuts. I never really cook with it since heating can destroy value, adding into oatmeal after done cooking or on top of french toast, you go to heaven!! ~_~

Oh + I mentioned this earlier although no one seemed of much interested I will post a link to help out!

Contains 50 - 70% Protein including all other nutrients the body needs. Literally everything you would need is packed into this algae, makes sense too.
I would even go as far to imply that this is better than taking any 'whey' or 'creatine' supplement.

            Re: The Fitness Thread

This entire documentary seems to be relying on anecdotes and shoddy science / skewed facts / etc.

I figured a critique HAD to have been written for this already, so I went looking for one and found this:

There is an HTML version available at A PDF version is available at: Introduction I have covered aspartame twice before, but I thought to finally get it out of my system I would cover the documenta…

Well like I posted earlier this is something 'we' do not want you to know. Not surprised at all by that these false articles exist.

I feel better about telling the truth, have every reason to believe that artificial sweeteners & taste enhancers are detrimental to ones health. If you want to believe otherwise than this is your perspective. Just remember that it is always better to have both sides of a story so that you can choose between them using your own judgements. Thanks!

-Should I eat something before/while I'm jogging? What should I eat and how much of it?
Eat about an hour/hour and a half before you run. You'll most likely get cramps if you eat and run immediately after that. I've never had an issue with eating a protein bar before hand, but I know some people who have.
What you SHOULD do though is have a bottle of water with you. Stay hydrated. Sip, don't guzzle. That will also give you cramps.
If you plan on waking up in the mornings to run, I recommend eating something with carbs the night before. Don't go pasta crazy, but something that will give you energy for the run.

-Footwear, I know flip flops aren't the best lmfao. Anything more specific than just "shoes" though? Any tips on what type of socks to use?
For footwear, any form of running shoe would work. If you're not planning on running in races, grab a pair at Payless. Socks don't really matter, unless you're going for extended runs. If so, wear thin socks because your feet will swell.

                                -Clothing?
Loose and comfortable. If you can buy some, grab some moisture wicking shirts.
-Any tips to improve my stamina? I have to take walking breaks here and there because I don't have the stamina to job the entire thing in one go. Are these walking breaks acceptable?
This is most definitely acceptable. But keep track of how often you stop. If you're trying to get better, note how many stops you take, one day to the next.
                                -Anything else I should know?
