        So you said you were Atheist? This is intriguing to say the least...Very, very odd but I'll just resign myself to the fact that perhaps you really did have a conversation with "God" and I'll be O.K. with it. Although, I'm not so sure what you were talking to was "God" himself but rather another ...being(?)

        I'm very spiritual, NOT religious..I'd know nothing of this, I'm shocked you've had such an experience but I don't doubt the fact that it's actually happened. I've heard of such things before and honestly they make me question a few things all the time.

        Like..how'd this go down? Were you just sitting there and a voice just started talking to you? Orrr like, did you initiate conversation with someone you don't think actually exists?

            As it says, God, to me, represents the concept of creation, so this was a conversation I invented to help me figure out/explain my experience understanding the world around me and "how things came to be this way." I'm not Atheist, that's just the best way of explaining my religious beliefs with a vague category.

                That's not at all what you said though, you specifically said "This was not something I wrote for the sake of literature, this is an actual conversation I had with "God"" ...so. Make up your mind?

                Also, anyone that doesn't believe in God automatically falls into that "Atheist" category, that's what an Atheist is, one that doesn't believe in God. Noun: The theory or belief that God does not exist.

                    If I don't believe in God, and to me, god is a concept. Who was I having a conversation with?

                    If I heard God's "voice" in my head, I'm not religious, I'm a damn schizophrenic.

                    And I know what Atheist means, that's why I used that term. However, Atheist comes with a connotation that I don't perfectly fit into.

                                I wasn't hearing God in my head. I was having a conceptual, metaphorical conversation. If I HAD had a conversation with God, that's how it would have gone.

                                            Yes, and that's what I've gathered. You had a conversation with yourself. You'll deny that but it's exactly what it was, you talking to yourself..in your head. That's it. I'd say you're almost borderline schizophrenic.

                                                I'm not sure where you're getting my denial of that fact, but you need to read a little more closely. You are just repeating what I've already said.

                                                You're being too literal, the title is just that, a title, not the forward for the god damn paper.

                                                            I was not, however, very clear about what "the rest" meant.

                                                            This was part of a 4 part multi genre multi voiced memoir about my experience understanding the world around me. The other part I could post is a bigger journal entry, which might help people understand why I wrote this in the first place. I'm going to leave it up to you guys whether I post it or not...
