        And yes the idea has been for officials twice a year, this has been mentioned before. There wasn't official word on the raw scoring part of it until about a month ago.

            Keep in mind again guys I am breaking people into divisions little by little but they are in no way final yet. I'm going to group people into the divisions then analyze the people within the divisions together to get a better idea of how everyone fits.
