try smoking weed it really helpsI've heard/read that 6-8 hours is best. I usually get 5.5-6 hours a night. But now that I dropped my program in college I can get any amount of sleep I'd like since I work at night. No soda's will suck, I love pop. One other problem is I love eating nachos. The issue is that to eat nachos I need to eat a lot of high carb and salty tortilla chips. Considering I eat it once or twice a day I'm assuming I'll have to almost stop eating them.
I don't mind doing the work out every day. I only did the first half of the first disk yesterday because it was my first time working out in a looooong time. I could barely do push ups by the end of the exercise, I began to have a headache and felt like throwing up.

basically i take the time to thoroughly enjoy my warmups+stretches, abs, then cooldown+stretches (w workout obv in between). the gym gives me peace of mind and a nice little window of solitude so i take full advantage of that.

You weigh like 50 pounds more than me
16 inch arms look pretty substantial on my frame. Especially since I started at 13 inches some 9 months ago. I get a lot of comments about them nowadays.
My weight will probably be capped out at a lean weight of like 180, I'd think. Hopefully I can get there in another year or two. I doubt I'd ever be able to get your size or lift #s.
Also, I consider 1.5 hr a marathon session. That practically leaves me fried. I like to keep it at an hour.Last edited by Reach; 12-4-2012, 08:02 PM.

Losing weight recently because I've been working 8+ hour days at UPS (moving 100+ lb boxes, or 3-4 thousand tires an hour), running around the aisles, etc.
But it's okay, every time people see me, if it's more than a day they're like "Goddamn dude you're jacked and getting bigger!"Comment

I told rubix that we both need motivation to lose weight since we've both been lagging it. I told him a bet would do the trick. 50 dollars to the one who drops the most in x months
