As usual lurker spreading the hate, BUT as the requirements to unlock the song is nowhere as bad as your making it seem. (Raw score 573 i think also applies to if you fail a song also since a lot of people seem to be able to play thor's hammer by now.) And the astrean crystals dont disappear when you get plan 8 only the Boss gems disappear. This is almost exactly like Lincle when it first came out where the boss charts would be unlocked if you failed the OMES.
ALSO To be frank even though WE can't do the songs someone has been finding konami's shit too easy. So simply by improving in skill they were practically asking for a more bs chart.

i wasn't commenting so much on the charts as the music (although the ending of sync-anthem could go die in a fire)
sync-anthem and thor's hammer are both ****ing terrible
plan 8 i actually like, and obviously the technorch rules
and the thing is, so much about tricoro actually rules
the theme's awesome, ****ing NEKOMATA BGMS, the initial song list has some great tracks on it

But I am hype for the new IIDX for it just being a new IIDX release and the release of lincle on home PC's (which will be amazing once i get it to work). And all the speedmod additions to tricoro plus HD is amazing. I do have to agree though the process of getting everything is highly tediousComment

Plan 8 is more readily available as they decreased the requirement on thor's hammer significantly to a AA pass with hard clear rather than a AAA with EXHC.
On this note i believe there still isn't a pass on plan 8 cause the ending is too ridiculousComment
