Back up to 145 as of this morning after mega dump and super piss, fasted for 12 hours, no water.
I'm off my ADHD medication, so now I get mega boners and endless appetite. I still get upset stomach's sometimes, but not on a daily basis, and it's being looked into.
Bitch, I'll be lifting hard. Also Reach I'd like your help to make me a new back routine.
So I haven't frequented this thread, but I felt appropriate to post that today I have successfully climbed the 1,776 stairs of the CN Tower, up 144 floors to the top in 24:25. I cannot feel my legs.

This is down from your last update, right? And about 14 pounds down in total?
Keep it up.
How's the progress, people
Lots of gains in upper body this week, e.g. moved up to curling 60s, gained reps on my bench and broke 10 reps easily for wide grip pullups (full ROM, no kippin'). Legs not so much though. Attempted 275 for the squat but really struggled.
I think I need to wait at least an hour after I eat before I workout. If I eat and then workout too quickly I seem to really really lack energy in the gym, which was my problem today. D:
New leg press PR, did 315x15 and immediately 225x20 for squats. Really need to work on my cardio, I feel like I can do things forever but I dont have the endurance.
I'm having weird weight fluctuations, going from 212 to 221. Sup waters!
Start weight was around 236, although this included a bunch of water weight, too.
It's around 10 pounds of fat loss in 2 months, which certainly isn't anything to laugh at. I mean, if you keep that pace up, in another 4 months or so you'll be under 200 pounds.
I mean if you want to speed things up, you know what to do, but if you're comfortably losing on average a pound or so per week, there's not much incentive to change things.
