The list doesn't have anything to do with current skill

it's completely based on how long the person has been playing and the fact that they're in D4 right now..

Top of the list = shortest amount of time playing and being in D4

Bottom of the list = longest amount of time playing and being in D4

So just judging off that, I estimated who is the most likely to get skill boosts.

After Round 1 i'll take into account the remaining players current skill level and make another list off that, then combine the two using some methodology (not sure what would be most accurate yet) and make a decently accurate list of placements in the tournament people are likely to get.

As for me being on the top.. not being biased at all, I've just been here the shortest and in D4 besides Riotpolice and the others that are ?? because I don't know if it's their secondary account or what.
