                Because the ambiguity of English titles is which word to use, not how it'll translate.

                  Kasumi-chan has it.. if you spoke japanese you wouldn't find it ambiguous, it's just how to translate it from Japanese to English that is ambiguous. Because languages almost never directly translate.

                  In other words, the phrase probably only means one thing, but it's unclear what's the best way to say that thing in english.
