This screenshot itself is useless but I'm pairing it with the explanation below. He starts the timer on the machine at 8:30 AM for 15 minutes and later enters it at 3 PM. He exits the machine at 8:45 AM, when the machine started. Before 3:PM, he shows his friend himself walking back to the storage room to enter the machine.
Those boxes a few screenshots above are time machines. (The box a few screenshots above that is the smaller original machine with which they inadvertently created time travel.)
Maybe you'll find this movie if you look up time-travel movies.
