And just throwing this out there. You may need to buy them in the form of 2 6 monthers. It might cost you an extra 10-15k BUT you will have more luck and should it take a little longer to find one of the 6 month sales, you still have the first to use in the mean time. Just a suggestion though. <3

I have talked to both of them about it and Cocoa is working out some prices and logistics before starting a shop and Norse currently is unavailable for purchases due to saving up to fund an upcoming tournament. He plans to open one after that to my knowledge though.
