LJRoX: It depends on how the subscription has been paid. If it was through an echeck, it can take up to two weeks before the money gets transfered. If it was with PayPal funds already present, then maybe there has been a problem somewhere. You should contact JasonKey then, he's the one taking care of activating subscribing gifts.
lumph: You'll also have to contact JasonKey for that matter.
I also bought 4 subscriptions, so you should have them soon.
Hey guys, I can't believe you actually spend money on other people just you can get CREDITS. I mean, come on. Is it really that big of a deal to get some credits? After 100,000 credits, they're pretty much useless. No offense, but I have better things to spend my money on than credits.
I might sell just 1 short subscription, but that would be it. I'm not a credit whore.
Not that it matters, but what do you guys see in credits that's so valuable?
I can understand Emerald000 because he's one of the most generous people on FFR, but why does everyone else sell stuff for credits?

They do it to support FFR. The creds are a nice bonus.

what funmonkey said and this part doesn't make sense
so emerald has a right but the rest don't rofl wtf
oh let me guess you put emerald on your random list of cool people when you supposedly left and then came back 2 days later
and you didn't want to insult him and look inconsistent

I didn't say that nobody else has a right. I just wondered why people are actually willing to sell stuff so they can get credits. And really, doesn't FFR have enough support already?
I mean, this is great for support, but with them advertising a lot, you would think they have enough money as it is.
Not that it matters, just wondering.
And when I said that, I meant that I understood why emerald was doing it, because, well... you know...
I was not trying to insult anyone here. If you closely read my post, it said no offense. Doesn't that mean I'm not trying to be mean to anyone?
And really, wouldn't it make sense to be able to sell one-month subbies? Maybe people want to try an FFR subscription, but aren't ready to commit to a longer subscription (3-month, maybe). That would make a lot more shops open. I would probably open up a shop myself if I could sell one-month subbies.
Think about selling 1-month subbies, and how much more "support" the site might get.

actually ffr doesnt have much money as it is right now. the only money they make is through ads and subbys. and apparently ad revenue or whatever is lower now than it used to be. servers are expensive. everything they make goes directly into the site. to make the site better. why do you think they have support tokens now
and they do sell one-month subbys but you cant gift them. so nobody can sell them in one of their shops.

Well, why can't you gift them? I noticed at the FFR Store that there is no designated place for buying 3-month subbies, just one-month, 6-month, and annual. Why does everybody sell 3-month subbies?
And seriously, wouldn't it make sense to be able to gift them? Maybe FFR would get a lot more support if they did gift 1-month subbies. Just saying.
Also, here's another question. You know how at some places, if you get a semiannual subscription, they bill you every 6 months, and not just once after the first 6 months? Well, at FFR, does your subscription stop after 3 months (or however long it lasted) or do you keep getting billed every so often?
