Well, I haven't played the song, but don't feel too bad. I know what you mean about not being able to combo stuff, hahaha. I can't combo my division's song. But I understand your frustration because you COULD combo it before. I've had these things happen to me in Stepmania a lot.

Take a break. If the mental block is severe, like mine on Vertex BETA, don't play the song for months. I mean it; that's how I finally got a 2-0-0-0 on CIA Rave.

I really wish that worked for me, I didn't play caprice for 2 months, went back, still had every single mental block, well, aside from like 2 of them, but that doesn't really matter when I have about 16 mental blocks on it

Oh, bahaha, no wonder why you have mad mental blocks OWA, this is a behanjc file. I was actually going to give it a shot until I saw that. GOOD LUCK, man. If it's garbage like his other files (and it is I'm sure), you will need the luck.

i usually look at a different part of the screen. like what i do is focus mostly to the down left arrows or the up right arrows depending on the pattern, and when i notice that i'm consistently not getting it, i switch my focus to the other side. also if it's really a mental block and not something you just can't do, try not to concentrate too much. don't think "crap, the hard part is coming up." just play the song.

Lullaby's post should help you out a bit, especially on not trying to concentrate to much.

And focusing on different parts of the screen, like in EHHS when it gets the the right handed section I mainly focus on the UP RIGHT arrows.

Play other peoples files. Everybody uses their own kind of style to step songs so getting away from one persons style. If your song IS Pure in Asia which is stepped by Behanjc, play a whole bunch of Rebirth's or Shash's files.

It's in Misc. Behan's old files are as bad as ****, but his new ones are good.
